SWIBER Holdings announced on Tuesday the US$10 million purchase of a seasoned shallow-water pipelay vessel, Sea Horizon, confirming a BT report in October.
The company's deputy chief executive, Darren Yeo, had told BT that the vessel, bought at a court auction, would be mobilised as part of an 82-strong working fleet for work off India.
