Swiber to hold AGM by February or its directors may face Acra action

SWIBER Holdings is to take immediate action to hold the 2017 annual general meeting (AGM) and to lay the FY2016 financial statements at the AGM by Feb 1, 2018, or its directors may face enforcement action from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Acra).
The Singapore Exchange has granted Swiber an extension until Dec 31, 2018, to hold the 2017 AGM and lay the FY2016 financial statements but Acra has rejected the company's application, a Dec 18 disclosure said.
