Swiber posts US$4.6m Q2 loss

A DECLINE in the number of contracts executed led to a net loss of US$4.57 million for the second quarter ended June 30 at offshore engineering firm Swiber, compared with a US$7.5 million profit posted the previous year.
Group revenue also dipped 8.7 per cent to US$200.2 million, from US$219.3 million in the year-ago period.
