SWIBER Holdings has secured its second-largest contract win ever to send its order book to a record high.
The offshore construction and support services provider announced on Thursday an engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) contract worth some US$310 million from a national oil company in South Asia.
