Swiber's judicial management applications hearing to be heard on Aug 2
Swiber Holdings's judicial management applications hearing by the Singapore High Court has been fixed at 5pm on Tuesday.
Cameron Lindsay Duncan, joint provisional liquidator of the oil and gas-related firm, said late Monday that the application would be heard in Chamber 4B.
The High Court has also fixed a judge pre-trial conference for Friday, August 5 at 10.00am in Chamber 4A.
Swiber, which had previously said it was winding up, did a backpedal last Friday and said it would be placing the company under judicial management instead.
Under judicial management, debt-ridden Swiber will be able to continue operating but under court supervision while attempting to turn around the business.
