Tat Hong positioning itself for future growth

SOME 900 guests, led by Defence Minister Ng Eng Hen, gathered to celebrate mainboard-listed Tat Hong Holdings' 60th Anniversary at a gala dinner at Marina Bay Sands last Sunday.
The company was started six decades ago as a small battery and tyre shop by founder Ng Chwee Cheng, 85, who quickly saw a market for leased cranes and construction equipment in the then fast developing Singapore.
