TEE Land said an indirect 55 per cent owned subsidiary entered into a contract to sell Quality Hotel CKS Sydney Airport on April 13 for A$32 million (S$33.63 million).
The buyer is Australia Ao Bo Assets Management Pty Ltd as trustee for the Bo Lian Unit Trust.
