SILVERLAKE Axis has named Cassandra Goh Shiou Ling as its next group chief executive officer (CEO). She takes over the helm on Jan 1, 2025 from the incumbent Andrew Tan Teik Wei, said the enterprise and digital financial services solutions provider.
In a regulatory filing on Tuesday (Dec 5), Silverlake Axis said the leadership appointment is part of a planned transition, entailing a “rigorous and comprehensive” succession and nomination process overseen by its board.
As part of this leadership transition, Silverlake Axis had appointed Goh as deputy CEO in May 2022, and as deputy executive chairman in October 2023; both roles required her to work closely with the management team and the board, and play critical roles in all business operations and new initiatives.
Silverlake Axis’ filing did not specify Tan’s next role, or whether he would stay in the company.
The counter closed down S$0.005 or 1.8 per cent to S$0.27 on Tuesday before this announcement.
