TeleChoice's logistics agreement with StarHub to expire on June 30
Telecommunications services company TeleChoice International announced on Tuesday that its logistics agreement with StarHub is expiring on June 30 and will not be extended or renewed further.
The company has been providing StarHub with logistics services under the StarHub Logistics Contract since 2001 as part of its personal communications solutions services business.
The board highlighted that the logistics contract expiry will affect only its provision of logistics services to StarHub, and not TeleChoice's other existing contracts with the telco.
The contract expiry is not expected to have a material impact on the company's net tangible assets per share, and based on the current outlook, is not expected to have a more than single-digit percentage negative impact on the company's earnings per share for the current financial year.
