Temporary Occupation Permit for CFM unit's factory building not issued by proper authority
Nisha Ramchandani
IN an announcement relating to its subsidiary's Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) status for a new factory building, CFM Holdings has clarified that the TOP was not issued by the proper authority.
"This disclosure was made on the basis that the company had received an e-mail from its architect that TOP had been issued," it said in a release to the Singapore Exchange.
The management is currently working with the relevant parties - including the authorities as well as its contractors and advisers - to ascertain the extent of the impact on the group and to take the necessary action to regularise the TOP issuance.
