Terratech replies to SGX query after 49% share surge
MARBLE producer Terratech Group said it is "constantly reviewing and exploring potential funding opportunities in tandem with its corporate growth strategy" and that discussions were in a very preliminary stage.
This was in response to a Singapore Exchange query regarding trading activity in its shares.
Terratech said there is no certainty that any discussions will materialise or will lead to any definitive agreement being entered into.
On Monday, Terratech soared 48.7 per cent or S$0.019 to S$0.058 on 70.8 million shares traded.
