Thai Beverage shareholders can get updates from management and board via informal meeting

MAINBOARD-LISTED Thai Beverage will be holding an annual information meeting for shareholders in Singapore to hear from the key directors and management.
The virtual meeting, by means of a live webcast with video (audio-visual) and audio-only feeds, will take place on June 21 from 11 am to noon.
At the meeting, the company will furnish more insight into and updates on its business. The presentation slides used during the information meeting will also be made available to all shareholders through SGXNet and its website after the information meeting.
As this is an informal meeting, no resolutions will be presented.
Shareholders will not be able to ask questions during the webcast but they can submit the questions by June 16, 11 am (Singapore time) in the following manner:
(i) via the pre-registration website at www.aim.thaibev.com

Shareholders who wish to attend the information meeting must pre-register, also by the same deadline and using one of the three manners for submitting questions.
Those who hold the shares through a nominee, brokerage firm, bank or broker-dealer need to provide a confirmation letter from the agent that the person holds ThaiBev shares through the agent.
The counter closed down at S$0.695, or 0.71 per cent lower, on Monday.
