Thakral starting tender process to sell HK warehouse property
THAKRAL Corporation, which invests in real estate and sells information technology products, is starting the tender process to sell a warehouse property in Hong Kong.
The invitation for bids will start on July 20, and is expected to take about five weeks.
The property includes various floors and portions of Wah Tung Godown at No 4 Tung Yuen Street in Kowloon.
Thakral said it will release a follow-up announcement with further details on the proposed disposal upon the close of the tender process.
