THOMSON Medical Group has priced its S$225 million senior notes due 2022 at 4.8 per cent, to be issued at par, the mainboard-listed healthcare provider said in a bourse filing late on Thursday.
This is its debut bond offering, and is part of the group's S$500 million multicurrency debt issuance programme established on June 28 last year.
