Towers Watson names Asia-Pac director of insurance management consultancy
GLOBAL professional services company Towers Watson on Thursday said it has appointed Keith Brooks as Asia-Pacific regional director of its insurance management consultancy.
Mr Brooks, who has 28 years of insurance experience, will lead the division across the region and will be based in Hong Kong.
Mr Brooks has worked in Asia since 1998 and his most recent senior management position was as chief executive officer of a multinational insurance company's Thai operations.
Michael Freeman, Towers Watson's managing director of risk consulting & software, Asia-Pacific, said this was an "exciting opportunity" for the development of the insurance management consultancy practice to build on the momentum created over the last two years in the areas of strategic development, distribution partnerships and operational effectiveness.
He added that Mr Brooks will further broaden and strengthen the company's support to insurers.
Separately, Wesley Cui has been appointed director of insurance management consultancy for China.
Mr Cui joined Towers Watson China in 2011 and has successfully broadened the range of consulting services to insurers in China in the areas of strategic and operational reviews, said the company.
