Trans-cab makes an IPO booking
Preliminary prospectus lodged; offer price has not been set

lTRANS-CAB Holdings, Singapore's second-largest taxi operator by fleet size, on Tuesday lodged its preliminary IPO prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, with a view to using part of expected proceeds to fund its fleet expansion.
The offer price has not been determined, but a Bloomberg report in October said that the cab company expected to raise about S$100 million from its mainboard listing.
