Transcorp CEO steps down
CHIEF executive of Transcorp Holdings, Jong Khee Beng Ainsley, has stepped down, the company said in a release to the Singapore Exchange.
Mr Jong, who was appointed to the role in August last year, plans to pursue other career opportunities and devote more time to other commitments, the filing said.
The company also announced that a number of other directors were stepping down.
They were lead independent director Seah Chee Wei, executive director Neo Yim Pui, executive director Swee Kay Seng and non executive director Mdm Chu Yi Han.
The company said it is in the process of interviewing suitable candidates for the board.
