AirAsia India's international services to take off in Q1 2019 with regional flights

AIRASIA India plans to spread its wings with international flights by the first quarter of 2019, starting with regional flights.
The joint venture backed by Tata and AirAsia will have 21 aircraft by the end of this year, making it eligible to fly beyond India. The nation requires domestic carriers to have a fleet of at least 20 aircraft before they can commence flights to overseas destinations.
