EUROPEAN Aeronautic, Defence & Space expects demand for the Airbus SAS A380 superjumbo, the world's biggest passenger plane, to recover after issues with the wing and the global financial crisis hurt sales.
"While we cannot be happy with the sales level that we have today, I strongly believe that the 380 will recover," EADS CEO Tom Enders said in Sydney yesterday.
