ALAN Chan Heng Loon, chief executive officer of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), will become chairman of the Land Transport Authority (LTA) on April 1, succeeding Michael Lim Choo San who steps down after 14 years on March 31.
Under Mr Lim, LTA launched and updated the Land Transport Master Plan - which charts out Singapore's land transport strategies - in 2008 and 2013 respectively.
