DESPITE the emergence of the Omicron variant, flight capacity and demand to and from Singapore for now continue to hold up through March 2022, data showed.
Alton Aviation Consultancy has been tracking air travel recovery globally through the pandemic. Director Joshua Ng said there has been no material change in flight capacity to and from Singapore between December 2021 and March 2022, based on a comparison of airline schedules filed before and after the emergence of the Omicron variant.
Alton drew the data from global travel data providers Cirium and OAG.
