Car COEs rebound; other categories fall

THE two car certificates of entitlement (COE) rebounded from last fortnight's substantial falls, but remained relatively low at the latest tender on Wednesday.
COE for cars up to 1,600 cc and 130 bhp finished at S$32,999, up from S$30,010. COE for cars above 1,600 cc or 130 bhp closed at S$32,889, up from S$30,890.
