EVEN as the aviation industry turns to new technologies to boost productivity in a tight labour market, Changi Airport must retain the warm and personalised services that it is known for, said Minister for Transport Lui Tuck Yew.

"We will have to make sure that the defining hallmarks of Changi - in particular our warm and personalised services - continue to be upheld, even as we move towards more automation and self-service," said Mr Lui.
