FURTHER reductions and rebates will be applied to aeronautical fees at Changi Airport to enhance the airport's allure as a hub as well as to help airlines and ground handlers cope with a tough operating environment.
Plans to implement the cost-saving initiatives were first announced by Senior Minister of State for Transport Josephine Teo at the Changi Airline Awards on Thursday, who said they would help airlines and passengers save some S$180 million over the next two years.
