[SINGAPORE] Under its previously announced Growth and Assistance Incentive (GAIN) package, airport operator Changi Airport Group (CAG) is rolling out landing fee rebates for long-haul flights and incentives for airlines to boost transfer traffic through Changi Airport.
The new measures, which will cost some S$50 million over the next 19 months, seek to bolster Singapore's position as a leading air hub in the region.
The S$100 million GAIN programme, which was announced back in June, aims to help airlines cope with costs, as well as to boost productivity and transit traffic at Changi.
