CHINA'S National People's Congress convenes on Saturday, even as grey clouds gather on the outlook of the world's second largest economy.
China's 3,000 or so delegates will gather for the 10-day annual meeting, which will validate the new five-year plan and set the gross domestic product (GDP) target for this year. Security has been stepped up across the capital, with police officers stationed at crossroads.
