Cat E - the open category which currently tracks Cat B - slumped S$1,688 to S$55,201.
But both Cat C - for goods vehicles - and Cat D - for motorcycles - were slightly higher, climbing S$89 to S$49,890, and S$49 to S$6,501 respectively.
