COE prices for cars at eight-year lows

    CERTIFICATE of Entitlement (COE) prices for cars continued to tumble at the latest tender exercise, with premiums for smaller cars hitting an eight-year low.

    At the close of bidding on Wednesday afternoon, COE premiums for cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp dropped by 6.4 per cent to $34,110 - the lowest since November 2010.
