COEs finish mixed as buyers return to weak market

    CERTIFICATE of entitlement (COE) prices ended mixed in the latest tender on Wednesday as low prices lured buyers back to what is still a weak car market in Singapore.

    The COE for cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp closed higher at S$28,589, up from S$26,999. That for cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp finished lower at S$34,000, down from S$35,906.
