PREMIUMS for passenger car certificates of entitlement (COEs) softened as demand continues to be weak, some motor distributors have said.
Category A, for cars below 1,600cc or 130 hp, slipped S$1,717 to S$50,951. The premium for Cat B, for cars above 1,600cc and 130 hp, fell S$3,205 to S$53,001.
