THE joint development partner (JDP) contract for the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) project has been awarded to the consortium comprising WSP Engineering Malaysia, Mott MacDonald Malaysia, and Ernst & Young Advisory Services.
The appointment was announced on Thursday by MyHSR Corp and the Land Transport Authority - the respective Malaysian and Singapore bodies responsible for the development and implementation of the project, a 350-km line between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
