FRENCH container shipping group CMA CGM has received approval from the European Commission for its S$3.4 billion acquisition of Neptune Orient Lines (NOL).
The regulatory greenlight from the Commission was granted on condition that NOL exits from the G6 Alliance, which CMA CGM and NOL have committed to comply with.
