A FIRE broke out at Changi Airport's Terminal 2 on Tuesday evening, prompting the evacuation of the terminal.
"The fire alarm was activated at Changi Airport Terminal 2 at about 5.40pm due to smoke coming through the air vents," said Changi Airport in a Facebook post.
In a later update, Changi Airport said the situation was under control and that the cause of the fire has been identified.
Flight operations at T2 are affected.
