CHANGI Airport and Singapore Airlines were hit by a global outage that caused delays at airports around the world on Thursday after a software programme used by several major airlines went down.
Amadeus, the developer of the software, Altea, that was at the heart of the global outage, confirmed to The Business Times that it experienced "a network issue".
