Goldman Sachs, Prudential sell UK ports stake for £1.6b

GOLDMAN Sachs Group Inc and Prudential plc agreed to sell a stake in Associated British Ports (ABP), the UK's leading port operator, for £1.6 billion (S$3.3 billion).
The stake of at least 30 per cent will be sold to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and Hermes Infrastructure, the companies said in a statement on Tuesday.
