Upcoming hub will help players reduce land needs, cut transport costs and encourage data sharing
Singapore
THE Singapore logistics sector got another boost on Monday with the unveiling of two major projects, one just completed and one on the horizon, as the country seeks to climb further up the logistics value chain and stay ahead of stiff global competition.
Swiss logistics company Kuehne+Nagel officially opened a nearly US$100 million facility at Pioneer Crescent, its largest investment outside Europe, which the company said would support an expanding base of pharmaceutical companies operating in the region.
