TWO tenders focusing on different aspects of Singapore's first large-scale bicycle-sharing scheme will be issued today - a move experts have said will contribute to the sustainability of the system.
The scheme, involving some 2,300 bicycles and 230 docking stations across three locations, is to kick off in Jurong Lake District by end of 2017.
