MALAYSIA Airlines (MAS) has ordered 50 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft as it continues to chart "conservative and pragmatic growth" ahead of a planned relisting in 2019.
The deal, signed in Putrajaya on Wednesday, is for 25 firm orders and 25 purchase rights. It is valued at US$5.5 billion at list prices and deliveries will commence in 2019.
