MAS posts Q3 loss of RM576m

Passenger load down to 73% due to stiffer competition and the 2 aircraft disasters

MALAYSIA Airlines' passenger load factor has fallen to 73 per cent. The airline said this on Friday as it posted wider losses of RM576 million (S$221 million) for the third quarter, amid the passing of a special legislation this week for a new entity to take over its operations.
