THE Land Transport Authority (LTA) has poured cold water on ride-sharing firm Grab's plan to launch a paid carpooling service between Singapore and Johor Bahru.
On Monday, the regulator told Channel NewsAsia (CNA) that it had informed the company that the original service model "did not comply with regulations in Singapore".
