[SINGAPORE] International premium travel grew 5.4 per cent year-on-year in November last year, eclipsing the 4 per cent growth registered for the eleven months as the demand for premium seats rose in the last few months of 2013.
The rise was underpinned by the pick-up in the US and European economies, as well as a revival in Asia's trade growth, according to a report by the International Air Transport Association (Iata).
Premium traffic within the Far East increased 7.1 per cent year-on-year in November on the back of robust trade growth in the region, although year-to-date premium traffic expanded at a faster 7.5 per cent.
