Qatar Airways 'suffering' from low yields, says CEO

THE chief of Qatar Airways said that the Qatari national carrier is "suffering" from low yields amid a global oil price rout, as he outlined ways that the carrier is strengthening its market position.
"We are suffering from lower yields because of the lower oil price," said the carrier's chief executive officer Akbar Al Baker in an interview at the Singapore Airshow on Tuesday.
