RYANAIR Holdings's flight-cancellation crisis that has caused more than 20,000 scrapped flights has led to the first departure of a senior manager at the discount carrier, with company veteran chief operating officer Michael Hickey leaving at the end of this month.
Mr Hickey is exiting the Dublin-based carrier after 30 years, without a successor being named.
