    SINGAPORE is launching Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTLs) with Thailand from Dec 14 and with Cambodia, Fiji, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Turkey from Dec 16, said the Ministry of Health on Friday (Nov 26).
