Small-car premium softens in weak market

CERTIFICATE of entitlement (COE) premiums were mixed after the first bidding exercise in September, with the relatively sharp rise of S$1,800 in the commercial-vehicle category standing out.
The change in Category A, which is for cars below 1,600 cc or 130 hp, was also significant; it fell S$1,828 to S$51,506.
