TRAIN operator SMRT Corporation has named a new board chairman and will also replace three directors, it said in a press release on Wednesday.
Its current chairman Koh Yong Guan will step down on July 17 when he completes his term, the group said, adding that he has been an independent director since April 2007. Deputy chairman Seah Moon Ming will take over as chairman on July 17.
It also said three of its directors - Bob Tan Beng Hai, Patrick Ang Peng Koon and Moliah Hashim - will complete their terms of office on July 17, and that it would appoint Phillip Pillai as director at SMRT Corp with effect from April 24.
