SINGAPORE intends to match Malaysia's new RM20 (S$6.45) road charge and will announce the details of this move soon, said Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Transport Minister Khaw Boon Wan in Parliament on Monday.
He revealed that Malaysia collected some RM13.9 million from Singapore-registered vehicles in the seven weeks from Nov 1 last year, when the road charge was introduced.
