A THIRD oil major is coming on board to back Singapore's nascent liquefied natural gas (LNG) bunkering industry ahead of the enforcement of a global sulphur cap on ship fuels.
The marine fuels arm of Paris-headquartered Total on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Pavilion Gas, one of two licensed suppliers of LNG as a marine fuel in Singapore.
