United Airlines launches daily non-stop flight between Singapore and Los Angeles

UNITED Airlines launched its daily direct flights between Singapore and Los Angeles on Sunday, in a move the airline said will allow passengers to save nearly two hours of journey time each way.
Based on local times, flight UA38 will depart Changi Airport at 11am, and arrive at Los Angeles at 11.15am the same day. The returning flight, UA37, will depart Los Angeles at 9.25pm and arrive in Singapore at 6.20am two days later. Flight times are about 15 hours and 18 hours, respectively.
