Trek's CFO interviewed in CAD probe

THE chief financial officer of thumbdrive maker Trek 2000 was taken in for questioning at Singapore's white- collar crime police unit on Wednesday, a month after the firm's auditors lodged a report with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Acra).
CFO Gurcharan Singh, who is also the firm's executive director, was interviewed by the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) in connection with its investigations into a possible offence under Chapter 224 of the Penal Code.
